In 2015 I purchased a “proper” camera and ever since have been learning to become a better photographer. The equipment I normally use is a Canon EOS 700D DSLR and my prefered lens is a Canon EF 50 mm 1.8 STM Lens. When I want to carry something less bulky I use a Samsung Galaxy EK-GC100. I’m also not averse to using my smartphone (Huawei P20 Pro, with 26mm f/2.0 Leica lens) if the occasion calls for it. The old adage about the best camera being the one you have with you really is true sometimes!
Here are some of my favourite photographs. Many of them will be available to purchase as prints soon. Click on the image to enlarge.
